Log into your Multimarcas account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused sports gear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the item remains in sellable condition for a full refund.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
